Evans Learning Labs evaluates its customer-facing platform against WCAG 2.2 Level AA and maintains current accessibility conformance documentation for institutions, organizations, administrators, and individual users.
Evans Learning Labs is built primarily around text-based assessments, web-based reports, responsive dashboards, research content, labeled forms, and direct browser access. The same platform can also be delivered through an institution's or organization's LTI 1.3-compatible learning environment.
We have completed a vendor accessibility review using the Information Technology Industry Council VPAT framework and evaluated the supplied production platform against WCAG 2.2 Levels A and AA. The current Accessibility Conformance Report identifies both the areas that support the applicable criteria and the specific areas where accessibility improvements remain in progress.
Accessibility is treated as an ongoing product requirement. When a barrier is identified, the goal is to correct the shared component or workflow so the improvement applies across the platform rather than only to a single page.
Evans Learning Labs does not currently claim complete WCAG 2.2 Level AA conformance. Our current documentation is a good-faith vendor assessment of the platform and is intended to give institutions, organizations, and users a transparent view of current support and known areas for continued improvement.
The platform is intentionally built around conventional web content and direct user interpretation rather than requiring specialized software or a certified intermediary to access the core experience.
Our current review identified several areas where the platform can be improved further. These items are documented in the current ACR and are being treated as targeted remediation work rather than hidden or excluded from the accessibility statement.
Accessibility documentation is a point-in-time assessment. Browser behavior, assistive technology, LMS configuration, third-party content, and future platform changes can affect the user experience. Evans Learning Labs updates its accessibility documentation as material changes are implemented or identified.
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, need an alternative way to access Evans Learning Labs content, or are reviewing the platform for an institution or organization, contact us and describe what you need.
