How does the license key work?
If you selected ELL website delivery, after your request is approved and the agreement is signed, you receive a single license key by email. Share that key with your employees. Each employee creates a free Evans Learning Labs account and enters the key in their account settings to unlock the tools. If you selected LTI integration, employees access tools directly inside your existing learning environment with no separate login or account setup required.
Do employees need to create accounts?
For ELL website delivery, yes. Each employee creates a free Evans Learning Labs account and enters the license key in their account settings. Account creation takes about 30 seconds and does not require a credit card. For LTI delivery, employees access the tools directly through your LMS or LXP with no separate account required.
Does the platform integrate with our LMS or LXP?
Yes. The platform is LTI-compliant and integrates with Canvas, Cornerstone, Workday Learning, Brightspace, and any other LTI-supporting learning management or experience platform. Select the LTI option in the request form and we will walk you through the setup.
What does organizational licensing cost?
Pricing is based on the number of tools, number of employees, and program length. Rates shown above are per seat and decrease with volume. Submit a request and we will follow up with a formal quote within one to two business days.
Can employees keep access after the term ends?
The organizational license expires at the end of the program term. After that, employees can purchase individual tool access at standard pricing. Their completed assessment history and PDF reports remain accessible regardless of license status.
Is there a minimum or maximum number of seats?
We can accommodate groups as small as 5 employees and as large as 500 or more. For enterprise-wide deployments, contact us directly to discuss options.
