Educational Licensing Pricing
Annual, per-seat pricing for degree programs, professional development cohorts, and instructor-led continuing education. Seats are managed by the instructor. Students access tools via a group link provided by their instructor. A formal license agreement and invoice are issued upon quote acceptance.

Professional Identity Profile (PIP) is not included in any standard tool-count package or the Full Platform package. PIP may be licensed by itself at the applicable seat-tier rate or added to any standard package at the additional PIP rate shown in the far-right column.

Pricing is flat-rate per tier. All seats in an order are billed at the same rate. Prices are per seat, per year. The PIP amount is the per-seat price to license PIP by itself or to add PIP to another package.
LTI Option
LMS Integration via LTI
For institutions embedding ELL assessments directly into Canvas, Blackboard, Moodle, D2L Brightspace, or any other LTI-compatible learning management system. Includes automated launch, single sign-on, and grade passback to the LMS gradebook. LTI licensing carries a 20% premium over standard Educational rates to cover integration support and LMS-specific configuration.

Students complete any licensed assessment without individual purchases. Results are immediately and permanently available.
Detailed written score reports
Every assessment generates a full written report with domain scores, a behavioral profile label, score narrative, and targeted development recommendations.
Instructor group dashboard
Track completion in real time, review aggregate domain averages for the cohort, manage member access, and invite students from a dedicated instructor view.
Prediction scoring and gap analysis
Every tool includes a pre-assessment prediction phase. The gap between predicted and actual scores is surfaced in both the individual report and the instructor dashboard.
Multi-section management
Instructors managing multiple course sections can create separate groups under one license and switch between them from the same account.
Formal license agreement and invoice
An agreement is generated upon quote acceptance and provided for digital signature. An invoice follows on your agreed payment terms.
Email support throughout the term
Support for account setup, key redemption, and assessment questions is available for the full license year.
Secure, FERPA-compliant data handling
Individual results are private to each student and available only to authorized instructors and administrators for legitimate educational purposes. Student data is never sold, used for advertising, or disclosed for unrelated purposes.
Terms
Standard Educational license terms
- All Educational licenses are annual (12 months from the agreement start date).
- Tool selection is finalized in the license agreement prior to invoicing and remains fixed for the license term.
- Seats are tied to the managing institution and are non-transferable.
- Payment is due within the agreed terms (Net 15, 30, 45, or 60) from the invoice date.
- Multi-year agreements are available and may include a negotiated volume discount.
- Early termination does not entitle the licensee to a refund of unused seats or remaining term.
- A signed license agreement is required before an invoice is issued.
- Assessment content, methodology, scoring logic, and reports remain the intellectual property of Evans Learning Labs, LLC.
