Organizational Licensing Pricing
Annual, per-seat pricing for organizational programs, professional development cohorts, and team-based training. Seats are managed by the administrator. Members access tools directly from the ELL site or via LTI. A formal license agreement and invoice are issued upon quote acceptance.

Pricing is flat-rate per tier. All seats in an order are billed at the same rate. Prices are per seat, per year.
LTI Option
LMS Integration via LTI
For institutions embedding ELL assessments directly into Canvas, Blackboard, Moodle, D2L Brightspace, or any other LTI-compatible learning management system. Includes automated launch, single sign-on, and grade passback to the LMS gradebook. LTI licensing carries a 25% premium over standard Organizational rates to cover integration support and LMS-specific configuration.

Full tool access for all licensed seats
Members complete any licensed assessment without individual purchases. Results are immediately and permanently available.
Detailed written score reports
Every assessment generates a full written report with domain scores, a behavioral profile label, score narrative, and targeted development recommendations.
Manager group dashboard
Track completion in real time, review aggregate domain averages for the cohort, and manage member access from a dedicated manager view.
Prediction scoring and gap analysis
Every tool includes a pre-assessment prediction phase. The gap between predicted and actual scores is surfaced in both the individual report and the manager dashboard.
Multi-section management
Administrators managing multiple teams or cohorts can create separate groups under one license and switch between them from the same account.
Formal license agreement and invoice
An agreement is generated upon quote acceptance and provided for digital signature. An invoice follows on your agreed payment terms.
Email support throughout the term
Support for account setup, key redemption, and assessment questions is available for the full license year.
Secure, privacy-compliant data handling
Individual results are private to each member and shared with administrators only. Data is never sold or shared with third parties.
Terms
Standard Organizational license terms
- All Organizational licenses are annual (12 months from the agreement start date).
- Tool selection is finalized in the license agreement prior to invoicing and remains fixed for the license term.
- Seats are tied to the managing organization and are non-transferable.
- Payment is due within the agreed terms (Net 15, 30, 45, or 60) from the invoice date.
- Multi-year agreements are available and may include a negotiated volume discount.
- Early termination does not entitle the licensee to a refund of unused seats or remaining term.
- A signed license agreement is required before an invoice is issued.
- Assessment content, methodology, scoring logic, and reports remain the intellectual property of Evans Learning Labs, LLC.
